  Not a bad hotel. A bit out of the way, but a free shuttle service is provided.

  The room is way smaller than advertised, price is double during festivals but not worth the value and the sauna and steam room are dirty and have seen way better times.

  Very nice hotel for the price , friendly and helpfull stuff, a bit far from the beach but they are offering free transportation (5mins with tuk tuk )

  My favorite hotel in Sihanouk Ville. I always spend nights in there. Nice staffs, pool and services. Everything is above my expectation, but the weak toilet flushing.
