No welcome drink. Charged 20 Dollars for half night stay check in after midnight . Agoda 14 Dollars per night. Late check out was included in Agoda booking, they charged me again with 10 Dollars.

Cleaning service should do better. They used to throw the blanket on the floor while changing the bed sheet.
Bathroom drain used to clog every time I wanted to take a shower.

The place nice and quiet, the food is good. I always order Khmer dish, it is good. My room is clean and comfortable to stay. They clean my room when I request. It should be clean daily. If they clean my room daily I give them a 5 stars.

The hotel is nice and somewhat clean. However, the service here is horrible. They are not going to clean your room unless you make them. This requires you to hand them your room key before going out and giving them plenty of time to clean. But this doesn't mean they will clean it.
The location isn't the best. It takes a 25 minute walk to get city center. There isn't too many places to eat in the area.
As a side note, I got confused on what date it was. The hotel didn't tell me that I was going past my reservation. Instead they just charged me the max rate for the room. Luckily, it didn't effect the rest of my trip. As I want to reiterate, the workers there are terrible.response / report this review -

The rooms are big and the facilities are good. The level of cleanness is just not acceptable during my five nights the room service didn't come once. I had to pick up soap and toilet paper by myself. The AC didn't work properly and the staff didn't fixed properly the only get it to work for some minutes. After complaining four times because of that I gave up.

Quite good hotel for the price. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Spent two days and they didn't clean the room the second day but the rest ok.

This is my friend experience. Customer who are regular must be respected and be kept. But the Mou kick him off. Just because of telling the manager their hotel smell like chemicals strongly like someone is cooking substance. Then, at once the manager freak out told him to move out.
Another experience you call for anything service..Toilet paper or towel it will be there after three hours.
Another experience guess was complaining about missing valuables like cash not all taken but some and maids are the ones blamed.
Food are nasty taste , expensive. Roof top bar caters prosties running like mice after midnight.
Children should not be allowed to stay without parents but they allow it somehow.
No service at all. Stinky And sheets got blood.response / report this review
