The room I stayed in is clean and has a huge shower/bath room. There is a pool just outside the guest rooms and it is clean. Free Tuk Tuk rides are provided to the city area and to the airport. The staff are friendly and polite. Will stay here again. (Remember to bring along mozy repellent to Siem Reap)

One of our long-term favorites in Siem Reap. We've been coming here on and off for over 6 years. As you see in the photos, this hotel has a serene garden environment with a nice clean pool. While at first glance it may seem far from downtown, not to worry, they run their own tuk tuk shuttle service! There is also a small spa run in conjunction with a nearby spa so that they can offer more than might be possible for a boutique hotel. They also have a nice restaurant with good food. For most, breakfast is included and it is more than one person can eat (or should eat) with eggs, meat, fruit and a bakery assortment including toast, pancake, pastry, french toast, etc! The rooms are generally very clean and comfortable, situated around the garden pool. If you choose The Moon Boutique, I don't think that you will be disappointed (and if you have an issue, contact the management and they will be happy to help.

It's a quite, cozy and tastefully done. Not far from downtown and yet a quite place. Pleasant and always helpful staff. Simply superb. A good place to come with kids or just the two of you.

For the price this is an awesome hotel. A bit away from everything but they offer a free ride into down town and a free ride to the airport. Your stay also comes with free breakfast. Glad to have stayed here.

Room and resort were impeccably clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English. Resort offers a convenient, free tuk tuk service to anywhere in the downtown area and provides a cell phone to call them for pick up until 10:30 pm. Airport transfer by tuk tuk is also provided free of charge. All in all, great value and very positive experience here!

Lovely hotel! The staff goes above and beyond and are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are huge and have a nice bathtub and good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Nice pool and relaxing atmosphere. The included breakfast was a good variety and large portions. They provide tuk tuks for free to and from town and the airport. The free wifi was fast. They also have spa services on site. Great value for your money. I would stay here again for sure.

The staff here is amazing and always helpful. Should be a 4 star hotel rather than a 3. Love it!!! We will definitely stay here again. We arrived early and the front desk allowed us to check-in early at 8am. Checkout time is noon and they allowed us to check out at 1400. The management should commend all your staff members for their professionalism! BRAVO!!!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant area and well appointed rooms with large bathrooms. All of the staff were very helpful. We also enjoyed the spa, which was easy to arrange and very reasonable. The hotel is a short distance from town, but the hotel staff will quickly drive you into town via tuk tuk and provide a local phone so you can be picked up when you need to come back. The hotel also helps arrange tours of the temples and packaged our breakfast for us as we left at almost 5:00am. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. A little farther from downtown than I might have preferred (20 minute walk), but they provide free tuk-tuk rides into town and it did feel like a more peaceful oasis (with lush tropical greenery and swimming pool) than you'd find downtown.

The Moon Boutique is a nice and quiet hotel in Siem Reap. The rooms are quite big, everything is clean and its nice to relax by the pool in the hot weather. Only downside, they don't have moskito nets but many moskitos.

Warm, friendly staff. Room was clean with free WiFi and air con and tea and coffee making facilities with a mini bar available. Breakfast was served in the beautiful outdoor setting and then you could be transported into town in a complimentary tuk tuk. They even gave you a mobile phone to call when you wanted to be picked up. Would highly recommend.

Great place for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are reasonably clean. A bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want to go anywhere just talk to the front desk and they'll take you anywhere you want to go via tuk tuk. They'll so give you a cellphone so you can call the hotel when you want them to pick you up. If you're looking for somewhere nice and quiet to stay, this is the place.
