Why put a photo of a frappe with whipped cream then serve it without whipped cream? Every time it's like this. Then they say because I didn't ask for it. Well, I ordered what I saw in the picture, so I expect to get what is in the picture.

If a customer doesn't want the whipped cream, they would say so. Also, one tip, you can ask everytime someone orders if they want it or not.

Coffee and frappes are ordinary - food is bland.

Not going back here again.

As a muslim, its not easy to get a Halal food here in Phnom Penh. but then i found out that The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf serve only Halal products.. So.. muslim traveller.. another good option to eat.. i give 5 star for brand. Love it !!
