  Very nice place but they give or room were we paid extra for with 2 beds away. Because there was a group how booked the hotel. We anders up with a room with 1 bed!! Not good!

  I love the place it's cozy and the room is pretty vast, the place look cool too. But the way to the room at the pool side is pretty dark at night, not enough like and a bit spooky but considering the price and all it's pretty good.

  The hotel was fine, considering the price. The only disappointing aspect for me was the attitude of the owner.
  Breakfast was served from 7am but all tables were taken by a tour group and we had to wait until 8am. Our breakfast was included in the price of the room so we didn't want to go elsewhere. You can choose to book without breakfast, however.
  Once we were seated there was very little left on the buffet table. There was plenty of salad (lettuce, tomato and cucumber) but in terms of anything hot there was nothing left. Well, the handful of chips, shrivelled sausages and the 2 congealed fried eggs may once have been hot but they had been cooked a long time before. Fat solidifies as a white layer of grease on food when it goes cold, which is a pretty good indication. It doesn't take Gordon Ramsay to point it out.
  I was hoping that someone might bring out some fresh stuff but nobody did so I asked the owner if we could get some more eggs. There were 3 of us and we wanted 2 each, so 6 in total. He said they don't bring out any more until it's all eaten. He then went on to explain how well-travelled he was and how it was the same in every hotel, anywhere.
  What he did do though, is to get the staff to light burners under the containers to warm it up again. I'm not sure about the health implications of doing that.
  You would think that a place that prides itself on its 'healthy food' would make more of an effort.
  In hindsight, we should have just taken the last 2 eggs and chucked them when nobody was watching. Then they would have been obliged to cook more. It's the absurdity of the situation that is my point, though - you've got paying customers and they should not be forced to eat leftovers!
  So the place was fine but the customer service at management level was pretty poor. I wouldn't even be writing this right now had the owner actually done something about it. I hope he reads it and makes the necessary changes.

  スタッフは一生懸命で良いのですが、フロントに人が居ない、朝食の提供に時間がかかる、ルームサービスはあるけど部屋に電話が無いなどサービスの提供の仕方に問題があります。
  シャワールームも流れが悪く、不衛生な感じでした。

  The hotel is clean apart from the pubic hair on the used soap in the room. The sheets are stained with rust which is off putting but not life threatening. The staff are sometimes lovely but not keen on dealing with problems or complaints. The location seems quiet and is a short bike ride to town. However long stay guests have to pay a month in advance and a deposit of a month too. So if you're looking at a low cost long term solution that needs to be factored in. The rooms with 'kitchen' have a camping stove that runs of small gas canisters.
  Update. The hotel is not in a quiet location. The restaurant across the road has some seriously bass heavy speakers. Also my air con wasn't working properly. The manager said it hadn't been cleaned when it should. But the additional electric will be on my bill as electric is extra for long stay guests. I wouldn't recommend this it's neither cheap nor good.
