Service at this branch is ok. Staff are courteous. Food selection is good. You may avail of their short orders breads ice cream and more

Not comfortable with the services. The staff made the wrong order and raised her voice to argue. Attitude is the problem. Please train your staff for a better services.

Lovely staff and Carmel frappe was amazing but the food was so so disappointing. I hate places that decide to add things in that aren't on the menu. Asked for a ham and cheese toastie, came with also tomato in it so that was a waste of food (picked it out obviously but hate waste) , panini was two lumps of dry bread a lump of ham and cheese thrown in, my 4 year old niece could have done better. Sent it back and was heated but totally bland and not a lick of sauce or mayo or butter or something, didn't know you could mess up a panini to be honest. Ordered fries and they never came. Partner ordered Texas burger with no dressing which came dressed with tomato's and onions etc. He hates onions and usually picks them out but they are actually in the meat which isn't mentioned on the menu. Would stop in for ice cream or a drink but actual food wise I would definitely give it a pass.

Ice cream delicious but the standard of cleanliness upstairs is disappointng: dirty and/stained covers on seating. Sad because this has been a regular favourite with us for years.

Disappointing ice cream
Go to Gelato Lab instead, it’s cheaper ($2.5 instead of $3 here), better (creamier and more tasteful), and cozier.
Baguettes look nice though.

I had home made ice creams here every day I was in Siem Reap. The lounge above is good and service is also top notch.

They have many odd flavours, but they limitting you to taste only 3..
They charge you few percentage for service without telling you, letting you to find it in the receipt. It's not a big deal, but they are already over priced.

Ordered sorbet which was very good. Everything else was just too expensive. Nice place to have a seat or lounge on cushions. Staff were nice.

It takes a lot of time to make food. I wait a hour to get my pasta. It tastes delicious. But staffs are not very kind. I was upset because they gave foods to people who ordered later than me.

One of the first cafe to open in Siem Reap. Great choices of drinks and bakery. Comfortable sofa seating with free wifi. They also has discount on some bakeries after 8pm. Price is a bit high though.

I stopped in on a recommendation from a local, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of ice cream flavors. I picked durian and passion fruit. Both delicious. Prices were reasonable, in my opinion. Not dirt cheap, but still cheap enough.
