Mixed experience. Our allocated room was horrendous. The loud beat from the bars opposite was relentless until midnight. This was only drowned out by the incredible noise of the air conditioning unit. It was as loud as a vacuum cleaner on full blast.
We had no sleep. Alarm bells should have sounded when we were offered free ear plugs on check in.
Complaining to our tour company worked and we were moved to a better room on 4th floor and free massages as a apology.
Days 2 and 3 were brilliant

The hotel is in good condition with beautiful wood decoration, excellent service and the breakfast was plentyfull. The spa has affordable prices with good service.
I booked my stay online but they would not print me a receipt at checkout. They said the nightly rate was secret.
The major problem is the privacy, i could hear the guest next door very clearly.

Well appointed hotel mid way between the Heritage sites and town centre. Easy "tuc-tuc" access to both. Staff very helpful. Rooms good size. Breakfast has many choices. Good choice of restaurants within the hotel. Outside dining area delightful. Would use this hotel again.

It's a nice place to stay the breakfast and room service was on point except for one little problem, the walls are too thin you could easily hear other guests activities and talking in the rooms next door.
Rooms weren't cleaned/ made on time, once we left our room at 7am and returned at 4pm only to find the room in the same state as we left it. We were so tired from the temple visits so you can only imagine the inconvenience. We had to call housekeeping to clean up while we waited just outside the room

Very much a hotel whose best days are long in the past, unfortunately. The service was phenomenal, including the free pick-up and drop-off service but the rooms were dated, had a bit of a mouldy smell and desperately need some fresh air coming in.
It looks great from the outside though and the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen - a huge selection of food.
Thankfully it was on the cheaper side when we booked, I certainly wouldn't pay a lot for it.

Staff was wonderful particularly in the breakfast buffet. Property is clean and well taken of. Transport is readily available at hotel. Two dollars by Tuk Tuk to Pub Street. Not too far to tourist sites. Would definitely return.

Conveniently located near the Angkor National Museum, there are many specialist shops around like Angkor Cookies, and local delights cafes like Pho Yong. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The buffet breakfast is awesome and the spread is generous. The pool is in a quiet corner overlooking the courtyard and the doorman makes a point to remember your name.

Atmosphere: The lobby has a modern upmarket feel.

Location: Ok location but the view from the room we were in was of other windows. Short 2 minute walk to a fantastic and cheap restaurant, and a 15-25 minute walk to Pub Street where there are shops, restaurants and well Pubs. (I have reviewed some of the best).

Menu: The menu is good at the restaurant but pricey (room service - price to be expected) Pricing is decent for the quality of food.

Breakfast: Good buffet on offer with ok coffee.

    Pool/gym/spa/sauna:

Pool is small but nice and does the job on a hot day. There is no shallow wading pool for babies/ toddlers.

Gym is simple yet enough to get you by.

The Spa is on the ground floor and looked neat and smelt divine. My daughter (9) and I only went in for a complimentary 15 minute head and shoulder massage each.

Sauna - there is a seperate male and female sauna.

Price: Good value for money stay.

Customer Service: Staff are friendly and professional and all understand English.

Kids: Kids (9,7) enjoyed the pool area.

Accommodation: Bedding is comfortable including pillows and quilts. The design was nice and there is a decent pressure shower and large bath.

TV: Has an ok range of English channels.

    Internet: Fast and free.

Accessability: Doors are opened for you and lifts are large - disability friendly.

    Perfect for: Families/ singles/ couples/ mates/ business.

Summary of recommendation: A well priced place to stay in a comfortable room.

No complaints. Close to Angkor and the night market. Pleasant and courteous employees from the front desk to the room service. Plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet of Western and Cambodian dishes. Felt at home.

Very good and well maintained hotel. Polite staff. Excellent atmosphere. A bit outside the main town, so it suits some but not those who want to live nearer the main market and walk around.

    Very cozy hotel.

I stayed 4 nights. There are helpful staff, tasty breakfast and nice pool.

Tuktuk offered by hotel staff was great. But Christmas gala dinner was very bad because there were many mosquitoes.
