We did not really eat here. Served as a stopover of our bus to Siem Reap. But the design of the place is old and traditional.
This restaurant is completely suck. On-one care about your ordered.
Hot, no AC, swarms of flies. Bathrooms were disgusting, a shared drain running between the stalls with actual filth on the floor, no toilet paper (of course). At least there were plenty of stalls.
This was the 20 minute rest stop for the Mekong Express bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. I would have even preferred getting back on that bus despite only fans and no AC, but they wouldn't let us on. Same temperature outside as inside. Melting.
Update: Outside, there's a nice fruit stall with 2x cute cats
Nice Bathrooms and friendly Staff
Good restaurant with many food available to order. The price seems to be expensive there.
Not the best place in Kampong Thom but OK for a beer. Service is consistently poor (I have been coming here for 15 years), with the girls too busy shouting across the restaurant. Food is poor and toilets not very clean. Regrettably the Mekong Express buses stop here.
Good lord, go for the street food outside. I was ignored on arrival for 10 mins, even waving to staff members was ignored. Then there was lots of shouting about getting a menu for a few mins. Food arrived in under a minute once I'd ordered and it was so bad I had to spit out my first bite. They then demanded I pay for it but luckily I am not easily intimidated and only paid for the water. Picked up sone pineapple from a lovely lady outside and watched people going about their day.
Overpriced service station food.
I do love to come here for meal! I like to eat Num Akou Thnout Khmer, it is very delicious.
I get depressed every time our bus or taxi stops here, representing the lowest quality of food in a kingdom filled with amazing culinary treasures. Their bathroom is the only reason to come.
Better yet, try the local snacks at the street stalls just beside the restaurant.
Resturane and gues house but not good for food
No so good, but acceptable for taste of food.
I would give it 2.5 stars. Food was ok, menu was very simple. It was relatively expensive for what it was. We had some fried rice and fish that apparently had coconut in it (tasted like regular sweet and sour fish to me).
The foods are good. And the price are acceptable.
Nothing special, staff aren't trained for pleasant service
Reasonable but not so clean.
Too pricey, it stinks inside and the staff is unfriendly.. Fortunately it was just one stop between Siem Reap and Phnom-Penh.
It was good enough to have a decent meal without breaking the bank. Looks like the prices for the tourists are more expensive when charged in dollars, which makes sense. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.
Too bad ; the staff is so slow and seen like dont want to care for us. Food is not bad but the service is damn. If u can, find another good one.
