Good gym and one of the first to open. Equipments are not five star standard but good enough to do work out. They also have instructor to help you on the right work out.

This gym is Khmer. Very unclean with angry stuff on reception which can't speak English, but speak on Khmer "pay more, because you white". If you not Khmer, when you must pay half more for this gym. 1$ = 1 day for white person. 10$ = 1 month for Khmer people, 25$ = 1 month for white people.
