Hot water, bathtub, air conditioner, hair dryer, shampoo, body cleanser (you decide which one is shampoo and which one is body cleanser) in the room. Swimming pool is outside. Breakfast is good.

They stolen around 700 USD from safe box inside of the room. The position of the alleged manager (the real manager was hiding in the back office) was fishy from the beginning. When I show early in the reception, he claim he was not available, and just sent to me a message that he will see me in the evening. After I demand to talk with him by phone, he told me he will see me at 1400. He didn't arrive at that hour. And when arrive he claim that he reviewed the CCTV of the hotel, and that he didn't saw nothing suspicious (IF HE WAS ARRIVING LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT, AND NOT PRESENT IN THE HOTEL, HOW HE COULD VERIFY SOMETHING?, How could verify more than 48 hours of video in so short time?). The answer of the manager (who pretend to be the manager, because he was coming and going to the backroom office to ask instructions to somebody that didn't want to show his face) was that he wasn't willing to call police. That his staff was the only one to enter to the room (and yes, I'm assuming that is their staff who stole my money). And that I only had my word to sustain the stolen money (he call me a liar). When I ask to reimburse money, he said that wasn't possible, because he doesn't have proof of something stolen, less if the amount was right. I ask to know how much money will be credited because I wanted to check out early, he didn't answer, and avoid said until, after two hours of insistence he said that he could do that! After insistence he pretends call police, to said me that to complain I have to go until the police station at 25 minutes from the hotel! Guess what, the have tuk tuk to be hired for the customer outside of the hotel, and they got cars, he didn't offer to take me to police to fill the complain! The top of the cake, I just found that the same hotel had different names To avoid reviews? When I check the CCTV you can see 6 staff including the supposed manager for 43 minutes cleaning the room Hell of cleaning they did!
