Doctors have no clue and look up what to do on the webpage of the WHO. However their english is too bad to understand the information. Had to pay almost 20$ for nothing. Worst hospital ive ever been to, and ive been to a lot of hospitals in 3rd world countries. Smaller clinics in kampot where a lot better.

I went in today to see Dr. Cornelia Haener for sinus pain, headache, fatigue and deep coughing. I only waited 15 minutes to see the doctor then was sent to get a sinus X-ray and blood work. My whole visit only took an hour and they accepted my insurance for full payment. Yeh!!
The staff spoke good enough English for me to understand the process and was friendly.

Coming down from Bokor Hill there was a motorcycle accident with a young lady who had a good sized hole in her knee. Took her and her friend down to the hospital on my motorcycle. Hospital was quiet when we arrived. The emergency rooms and hospital was spotless. There were 2 or more doctors (8 + years training) several BSN (4 years of training) midwives, and xray technician. The injured lady was immediately attended to. Wounds were cleaned after local pain relief was applied. The doctor thought she may have fractured her knee so she was given and x-ray. I sell medical supplies and this hospital was as clean as any I have been in. The staff was also great. Great hospital.

2 vaccines against hep B for same family, + hearing the doctor say no need for a third member of family= $100. Thank god I did not go ahead with checking up blood first for my daughter. Go to Pasteur! They charged my son $11 for each shot, no need to pay $18 to talk to the doctor for each family member, no need to "check up blood first' to confirm that you are negative and need a shot…

In other words, be careful with your money
