  Came here for the buffet and it's not great. BBQ beef was tasty but too chewy. Only other good thing was pork with Khmer sauce. Its really hot inside and also saw a waiter swapping flies next to the food.

  Great experience, the hotel is wonderful.and the staff are excellent - efficient and helpful. The breakfast has a varied selection and great quality of food. It's fresh. Have to specifically mention Chenda one of the waitresses - she was always smiling and ready to help.

  Meh, the hotel is huge though the staffs isn't that great service wise. The room was booked by an event planner. Showers cubicle is tiny, and broke upon arrival (late night). Had to called them at midnight to fix it. The 2 engineers arrived after 15 mins, wearing shoes in to the bathroom, made the bath mat dirty.

  A little bit of a distance away from the city. However the resort is a great destination for relaxation. The pool is a shallow pool and the water is warm. The food was a bit pricey but the pizza was a great bargain. The breakfast was enjoyable and i liked the noodle stations. I would recommend the resort to my friends.

  A really mixed bag in my opinion. The building takes grand to a whole new level with sheer size. It's a big resort. The facilities are beautiful as well with a lovely poolside area, gym and cafes strewn around. However, when you look at the details there is a lot going wrong. Some room equipment is falling apart (e.g. broken safes, leaking showers etc), lifts are often under maintenance and the awful smell of construction materials pervade the corridors. Our room seemed to also have the easily identifiable smell of a dead rat in the ductwork which really put me off. The breakfast buffet menu is inconsistent and falls well behind reasonable expectations; pastries are sometimes stale, coffee is stale, tea is weak and food is poorly presented. That said, a la carte food by the poolside (woodfired pizzas, char-grilled burgers) is excellent and filling. Overall it's a beautiful hotel but seems to exude an atmosphere of neglect and loneliness.
