Good clinic, see doctor Dimitri. We got a small cut in Koh Rong. After 3 days, the infection seemed to spread to the rest of the leg. We came in and were initially told to wait for the surgeon. After reading the reviews here, we asked for Dr. Dimitri who is a generalist, and he was available. He explained the wound seemed to have been familiar with the local bacterial problems, and prescribed proper treatment. Staff were incredibly nice, they cleaned our wound and the farmacist prepared and explained the prescribed medicine. All in all, 5 Star experience for such a place. We paid $100 for the consult and a few extra for the medicine.

Excellent service and fair price. The Russian doctor is very good and has good English.

They seem to have fixed the staff issue.

The doctor was very nice and seemed genuine but did not perform anything close to an acceptable evaluation. I was misdiagnosed and therefore not given proper treatment or medical advice. This is not a serious clinic so if you have a potentially serious medical issue, get yourself to Phnom Penh for credible, reliable medical care.

Been here twice before for a check-up, an old Russian doctor really gave good service the first time i visited here. I think it was due to hives or rashes that kept reappearing on my skin. He prescribed proper medication and i was healed. My second visit was regarding a possible urinary tract infection because i had difficulty urinating. I was checked by a male doctor, i presumed he was an OB-GYN. There was no female doctor around unlike in the Phils. where we had the option to choose if there's an available lady doctor on duty. I was directed to the examination room, no lady nurse or attendant accompanying him. To my mind, i was expecting that it will just be like any other checkup that i had back home such as checking if there's any laceration causing the painful urination. Or getting a sample specimen to check if there's any bacteria or whatever but nothing of that sort was done. He just checked on the opening for a sec, stood up and did i.e. so hard as if he was measuring a pregnant woman how far was the babys' head from coming out! But i was not pregnant! The "procedure" was over before i could even reacted! I've never felt violated in my whole life except that time! On my way out of the examination room, i remembered him handing me a prescription which i never bought! I went out of the clinic hurriedly and in shock.. vowing to myself i would never ever go to a medical facility again unless i am unconscious and incoherent! It was a very bad and a disgusting experience. Conduct unbecoming from a so-called professional! Up to this day, i still can't comprehend what his actions got to do with treating a UTI?! I guess i am not the one sick at that time!

    Note to self:
I will not come back here anymore. 馃槩馃枔馃憡

    If I could give negative-stars I would.
I had some concerning abdominal pain and the woman doctor there, Ukrainian?, diagnosed me with acute appendicitis. Without any tests except for a push-test on my abdomen, she then insisted I needed surgery and could have me on the operating table in 4 hours, offering me various pain medications and telling me they wouldn't work, and that was supposed to convince me the pain was due to my appendix.

Knowing beforehand that Cambodian hospitals are not the cleanest, nor of very high quality, I reached out to an ER Nurse friend from back home in the United States who urged me to get to Bangkok if at all possible. The Sihanoukville doctor told me I had maybe 5 hours to do anything before... rupture? before...death?, but that it's my life and to make my choices.

So I took a very big risk and fled immediately for Bangkok. Made it to Bumrungrad International where they gave me an initial exam, CT Scan, blood work lab, and results were that my appendix was in PERFECT CONDITION. My intestines, however, had a swollen, inflamed infection on that side that needed immediate attention as it is quite severe.

If I had allowed her to scare me into surgery, I am scared and furious to think how the real infection would've probably turned sepsis and killed me after an unnecessary surgery taking out a perfectly healthy organ because she is inept and clearly unqualified to make such life-threatening decisions.

I am sure the clinic is wonderful for small problems, but we all know sometimes small problems lead to big ones, especially when you have the head doctor casually and almost smugly (she kept calling me baby-girl when I started crying even though I am a fully capable adult of 32 years.) telling me she is absolutely certain of her diagnosis and needs no more tests. To cut into my body.

If I were you and I had a real problem, I'd AVOID any hospital or clinic in Cambodia and get back to Thailand.

Don't be the guy who loses his leg to a minor cut going gangrene in Laos hospital, or the girl who died from sepsis in Cambodia to a faulty acute appendicitis misdiagnosis.

Quick and good Service. The doctor spoke english perfectly and I got the right medication for my eye infection and coughing. My blood and temperature was also examined to figure out if its a viral or bacterial infection. All in total I paid 120 Euro.

Dr. Dmitri has taken time, has quickly diagnosed and prescribed appropriate medicine. After 20 min and 126 dollars we were outside again. Both in the recording as well as with the doctor could be well in English
