Certainly the best place to eat in Koh Rong. Food (Thai) is delicious and it's a really funny experience to watch Sigi cooks 5 or more dishes at a time in a perfectly organized way. (The tables are set around his open kitchen, so you get to see everything). Sigi works alone and the place is popular, so if you are in a hurry, you should go early or just chill and wait anyway, as it seems like everything takes time in that island

Professional chef. Very small, but food is delicious. Be prepared to wait a while, as it's very busy.

We met Sigi on Koh Rong island in Cambodia. Many people recommended his restaurant so we went there to try his pad thai. It was incredible! What's more Sigi is a person with very positive aura.

Authentic Thai food cooked right in front of you. A welcome change from the samey guesthouse fare found along the main strip. The Pad Ka Praow was excellent, tasted fresh and had some decent heat. Large portions

Yes, yes and yes. Awesome food, freshly made in front of your eyes and the tasteoh my god. Just perfect.
Note that you need to write down your or everyone in your group's order by name and number and give it to Sigie (the cook). If there are many people, be patient - it's worth it!
Also this place is not on the main road, you need to go up a little narrow alley.

    Dinner and a one-man-show.
Definitely a culinary must-have in koh rong.
The Masaman and Pad Thai are very recommended.
Notice that you could wait quite a while on the busy evenings, and it might be worth to come back on noon instead.

    Eric Bucher says:
Best food in Koh Rong, for sure. It was my favorite place to eat in all of Cambodia. He is a one-man show and he does an amazing job of it! If you are on Koh Rong, find your way to Sigi Thai for a wonderful experience!

    Thai food mainlyand very good!
A small kitchen surrounded by you!
Friendly good guy, even when he's moody. When he is, usually he just doesn't open!
$3-5 for most of the dishes

He made really tasty Thai food. Must try his Pad Thai and Tom Yum. But his food is different from what you would found in Bangkok. And remember to tell him cook less salty.
