Did 3 tours with Siem Reap Shuttle: Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei and floating village tours. All were amazing and the guides provided us with tons of knowledge while making the tour fun and engaging. They really made our trip here in Siem Reap.

Bad experience we booked the tour to the Tonle Sap floating village and the organisation of the day trip was really bad.
When we arrived there, we had to wait 30min under the sun because the guide couldn’t find a boat. We felt really unsafe in the boat.
The day trip is only about leaving you on a floating restaurant until the sunset time, you feel like you have to buy something and the waitresses are not happy if you don’t buy anything.
The guide was useless, no information were provided about the area, none.
Don’t waste your money on this Siem Reap Shuttle tour !

Basically did 3 tours with them, which are angkor wat, phnom kulen waterfall and floating village kampong phluk. Special mentions to the dedicated tour guides Mr. Phyrom and Mr. Sok.

Good day everyone, we just came back from one day tour Angkor vat tour little circuit.
Great locations, nice bus and transfer, good tour guide but unfortunately we had rude people on board who were running late and slowing down the whole trip. People drinking beers and smoking cigarettes all day were slowing down the rue for everyone. Not very happy with the restaurant stop either very expensive . We spent $21 for 2 vegetarian dishes and one beer. The guide took is there.Palmoo restaurant I think, near the water.
We spent for dinner last night $ 9 in 2 people, 2 veg dishes and a beer.
Anyway all the rest was cool!

Very helpful staff. Excellent English and knowledgeable. They have an office in the main street (Sivatha Road) which is clean, well run and professional, unlike many other agencies in Siem Reap. They organise the full variety of transport and organise all the local tours, entertainments and activities too.

Well, I dont know where to start. We were recommended the sunset boat trip by our hotel. We took it. Didn't read the flier. I take full responsibility for that. After this mistake, it was all on them. 1 o'clock pick up was 45 mins late. Then we were dropped off at the office. 20 minutes later we were on our way. Took forever to get there and the air con didn't work. Opened the windows. Couldn't hear the guide. Got to the boat. It was this extremely noisy rickety thing. No cushions and watched countless people bang their heads on the roof. After thirty minutes of petroleum fumes and no clue what the guide was saying because of the motor, we got to a water village. Nice. We got off the boat for half an hour so the guide could tell us where he lived and all that stuff. Back on the boat to slowly crawl through the village. Off the boat to get us to buy tickets to get on a faster one. No thanks so back on the boat to be ushered off a mere thirty seconds later at a restaurant. An expensive one too. We waited there, bored and hot for nearly an hour. Nobody ate, except the guide. Probably his family's place. Back on the boat for the sunset which never happened because there was a storm coming. So we boated and drove for an hour and a half to get home. No sunset, just a sore arse because of the uncomfortable boat and van. Complete waste of over 6 hours..

Had a great time. Excellent service and wonderful staff. I suggest getting a local number and asking their office to call you five or ten minutes away from picking u up in the morning before the tour.

Great service and even better price. Our guide, Phyrom, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group (7 people) got great photos and had a good time. We did the full day, small circuit tour which is a great way to become familiar with Angkor Wat. Whenever we head back to Sim Reap we will use this service again.
