We got clean, spacious double room with big and comfortable bed, fan, TV, bathroom for a very good price. Guy from reception is kind, helpful and speaks good English. Wifi is fast. Guesthouse is located in 5 minutes walking distance from riverfront, market and centre of the city.

Fine hotel in Battambang, however it is a little walk towards the town center. The rooms are quite nice but especially the bathroom has a lot of lime scale which makes it look a bit dirty.

Alright for its price.

Good and cheap rates for a basic room. Only complaint is that the place seemed rather infested with ants and any small crumb would lead to a gathering of ants within a few minutes.

This place is absolutely fantastic.
The owner of the guest house allowed me to check in at 3.30 early in the morning and didn't charge anything extra.he always gives tips and information about the place.the room is big,clean and the bed is comfy.
I would love to visit the place again.

This place was the best stay in cambodia i have been so far !! Cheap (6$) the rooms were clean and the host was really nice !! He showed us around town!! excellent stay ! I would give 6 stars if i could.

Dirty room with no windows. Smells bad of course. Other rooms got a window. Towels and bedding looked dirty. The staff was very helpful though.
