Was wandering past with a friend and went in for a cocktail and received the best customer service.
The bartender is very talented. The cocktails were cheap but were the real thing, not fake syrupy versions.
The couple that ran the place then recommended a few different Apsara dances for us to go to. They then had their receptionist call around and book us in for that night. If they went to this trouble for walk-ins, I can’t imagine the lengths they go to for people who actually stay in the hotel!

Great hotel! Personalized service, comfortable rooms and fantastic food. Highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap.
