  The best tasting food I have had in SE Asia. The fresh ingredients and herbs are very apparent. If Sam or Sophal are there make sure you ask about the local food and culture. Very educational and authentic.

  This place served nom banh chok a.k.a the khmer noodle, fresh rice noodle with fish prohak soup or with curry chicken, the all in one a decent noodle as a meal or just for coffee as well. The area is not that touristic yet so it is a good place to stay for a while after a good meal. Eco friendly and lots of fresh fruits served as according to seasonality. we had coconut this morning.

  Eco friendly cafe n served Cambodian noodles, delicious and big surprised as it only just a few dollars for 2 big bowls soup noodles and coffee. very good coffee and relaxing to sit for a sunny day.

  Brilliant. Only two things on the menu: Khmer rice noodles in a fish soup, add fresh herbs, lime, chilli - only one dollar! Curry chicken with pumpkin and coconut - buck fifty. Great coffee. Cool vibe. It's shocking that this place isn't constantly packed. Open from 7:00 am.

  I flew over 2000km just to eat Sam Khmer's Nom Banh Chok noodle.
  And its worth the journey.

  Sam Khmer Noodles - a specialize noodle house selling only Khmer traditional rice noodle, well known as nom banh chok, established on 03 April 2016 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. From a humble beginning, Sam and Rina, the co-founder decided to open a noodle house, together with another couple, (eventually the couple didn't stay for long) and both decided to move on to continue with their dream.
