  I went here never having had a tattoo before and will be leaving with 7 Harry was great talking me thru things showing designs and using some of my ideas and adapting them into his own I am so happy .also a great place to chat and hang out with other guys and gals

  Harry, is a true artist. I brought him a verble description of what I wanted. I was fortunate to have the time. The next day I arrived and he showed me his design, we made a few minor changes and now I have a kickass tat.
  The Salty Dog, Harry, Samuel (another great artist) and I had a great evening together.
  Thank you for your professionalism, sense of himor and dedication to your work.

  We had such an amazing experience at Salty Dog! Myself and 2 friends got matching tattoos and they look incredible, so much better than we expected! Such a nice chilled atmosphere, we felt so comfortable! Would 100% recommend! Thank you so much 😊

  Got my first tattoo done by Harry and it's sick! He did it freehand and the job is amazing that's definitely the place to get tattooed in Phnom Penh
