It's located in Toulkork closed to Toulkork Roundary. The food is delicious and the price range from 4$ to 6$ for good and 1.5$ to 3.5$ for drinks.

Food was decent and appropriate amounts. This cafe mainly serve Cambodians. Good place to get Khmer food, but they also have western (frappe, shakes, bread and cakes) and some Thai (eg pad Thai, green curry). Waiter/ waiteress only know basic english, not able to clarify my doubts what is the difference between crispy beef and beef. Serving time still acceptable, depending on what you order
Washroom is surprisingly not in the cafe outside, need to walk to the building on the side.
