The so called 'Russian Market' has many a seller for those looking to bargain for some fashion, trinkets, fruit or whatever else might be discovered amongst the treasures that this market holds.

You can find good cheap street food all around along with a few fancier restaurants in the surrounding streets.

It also futures a fresh fruit and vegetable area with good deals to be had if you are looking for something healthy.

The market is great, people are nice, they expect you to bargain a good price, so don't be shy. Around the market there are many stores (with AC and they accept card, here prices are marked, so don't bargain) where to get very good discounts for high quality, brand items. If you're unconvinced by a clothing items you already purchased, just walk the hall of the seamstresses, they'll fix whatever you need starring at a dollar.
It takes around two hours to (slowly) walk the whole place and take a look at things. Also, don't hesitate to have a passion soda (3,000 r to $1) while you're at it, inside it's so hot and crowded, you'll need the refreshment.

A good market for shopping for silk scarf, watches and jewelry etc. I would avoid going in the afternoon or the heat of the day. Early mornings and evenings are usually best.

Great variety. Clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, makeup and personal hygiene things, souvenirs, tools, fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and drinks. Eatery food, fruit and drink stalls. Surrounding streets have Boutique shops, cafes and fast food outlets. Convenient and cheap. From the Independence monument a 20 min tuk tuk ride in peak hour for US$3. Great price.

Known as Toul Tom Pong Market, the former of Russian Market where you can buy all kind of foods and vegetables, whole sales of cloths and kid cloths. Very popular for traveller who wish to buy cloths. The market open from 8 morning until 6 evening and it also has a small wet market from 5 evening until 10 evening at the side of market as well. And also has the street foods and dessert selling around the market at night time. Bars and Pubs also there!

Hot and humid, like most of the country 😉 but not too bad. Plenty of items for sale. From pens and pencils to motorbike parts, and every t-shirt and trinket in between. The food section can be a bit of an assault on the senses, so I steered clear of that area. Good location to buy a few souvenirs and kill a few hours.

Good food, good pictures to take. It is crowded and stuffy in some parts, and you'll probably run into many other tourists. I personally love markets and the food part of this one provided excellent photo shot opportunities. On a sunny day, look up and see the air vents spinning, creating rays of light coming in regularly and moving around, almost like in a night club! Walk around, bargain for your items (sellers want to sell, if you pretend to walk away they will probably agree with your price). Be careful on hot days and don't forget to hydrate!

Dry and wet market that used to sell goods at cheap prices. Visited twice before and shopping was still worth it, we got good buys back then! Now, commodities like apparels, accessories and bags are pricey. I might as well head on to Aeon mall where it's more convenient and comfortable to shop.

A bit much to bother navigating but I walked through all the clothing area specifically to get to the side street where the fruit and veggies are sold. A great variety but as a vegan would feel much more comfortable without all the chunks of dead animal flesh and petrified dead birds which I had to quickly turn away from.
I don't know what else is available here but Vibe Vegan Cafe is 2 minutes walk away in Street 446

One of the most popular market for tourist that means that the price are a bit high but it is also a good place to taste street food in the evening. Many vendors gather after 6.00pm - Roasted duck, chicken .

Many shop owners a helpful and lovely to bargain with. Be fair. Many stalls for souvenirs like elephant pants, Allibabba pants, skirts, and handcrafts. Pottery is lovely. Woodcarvings. A must see if touring Phnom Penh. Narrow and very warm. Bring water. Watch your belongings.

Russian Market (Toul Tom Poung Market) is a place I advise my friends to visit in order to see a market place. Personally, this one makes me feel tired, I prefer other markets for daily shopping. However, living in Phnom Penh for over two years now, I would say it's a good spot, altogether with surrounding shops, to buy clothes (not shoes). If you are a tourist, go there for an hour or more to see a Cambodian style market place, you can get all the souvenirs and stuff. Don't forget to bargain, and always smile. You can get everything cheaper than they tell you.

Cool place. It was still a real working Asian Wet market when I was there in 2016. It's Getty and dirty. The smell isn't the best. But that's what a wet market is supposed to be. Bring your camera for extraordinary photo ops of real Cambodian culture. Wonderful!

Good shopping place for tourists. Cloths, jewelry and souvenir products are main goods for sale. Sellers are friendly. Price tags are there but price is still negotiable. No air-condition though and the street around is narrow. Difficult to find parking space. It is good to go there in a tuk-tuk or taxi.

Would recommend a visit to this bustling market. There is a large selection of jewelry, paintings, souvenirs, as well as factory clothes with lots of Nike clothes, Shoes, and lots of Bags. Some are knock off's, some are the legit thing. There are lots of tourists that visit here so be prepared to bargain. There are some good products and deals to be found. Avoid the food market if you don't like raw meat, it's quite an intense meat market.

Good selection of "shops" all under one roof in many ways reminded me of a Super-Target--- groceries, clothing, gifts, hardware, etc. all under one roof albeit individual shops. Pretty neat sight to see. I didn't fare to well on negotiating prices, but that could have been my lack of skill. I picked up several souvenirs and enjoyed walking around both inside and outside.

Good place to buy original branded cloths at cheap price these cloths are from the garment factories write-offs garments. But you need to request as originals if not they are selling the Fake as well. If the seller don't come to talk with you that.mean you cannot negotiate with the seller so avoid those shops. If seller more talkative that mean you can negotiate and have a good with bit cheaper price that you feel comfortable.
Other important thing is don't agreed for the 1st price do bargain as much as you can because for the foreigners they tell high price hence show that you don't like the price. Then you can reduce it.
