  Right next to this coffee shop is a gift shop selling gem stones. The shop was very helpful and honest and will show you fake versus real gemstones

  I am not a coffee person, so I would comment on experiences. This place is nice for casual talk, expect good coffee , however, I like to sit out, this place a lot of trees as shade the outside seating

  They have dishes that are spicy and is not indicated in the menu. I didn’t touch the dish and they charged me anyway. Also don’t go if you are in a rush. We waited 30 minutes for our meals.

  Great little coffee bar close to one of the busy and very hot indoor markets. Ruby Coffee does a wide variety of hot and iced drinks. A welcome relief from the heat and bustle of Siem Reap.
