Great hotel, clean and very safe, beautiful woodwork throughout the hotel, buffet style breakfast that suites different nationalities, you will need a deposit if you ask for a second room key but they give that back when you check out and return your key cards. Pool area is very pleasant and there is a bar right there. One note of concern is that they are expanding the hotel and there is construction in the one wing. It should be done by early summer 2017. The concierge is good to deal with and they can arrange transportation by taxi or Tuk Tuk. We used both and found them very reasonable priced. They expect some price dickering so ask for discount or counter with your offer. We found the hotel staff very friendly. There is a spa onsite that my wife used and had a three hour full work over. The price was more than reasonable. The hotel sits a short 10 minute Tuk Tuk ride from the bar, restaurant, shopping areas of Siem Rep. Wi Fi is available throughout the hotel but be aware that if your used to high speed , don't plan on streaming movies or anything. It is great for texting, email, and basic things like checking news and such. As far as bugs go we didn't have any issues at all but we were there in February.

Staff are really polite, but that didn't make my experience here any better. Facilities feel like being made for the sake of just having them, but not built with the users in mind. WiFi is completely unusable; ants and mosquitoes are EVERYWHERE; both shower and bath tub leak water and flood the toilet floor (just give me either but with a working shower curtain!); lack of blanket sheet; only 1 power socket for personal electronics in a twin room; and even chairs with unnecessarily huge armrests but without a back rest. I asked for help regarding the sheer amount (8+) of mosquitoes in my just-checked-in room (in January), then instead of offering me a room change or giving me some mosquito repellent/coil/etc., the staff came in and spray Raid insecticide all over. The mist is poisonous so at 8pm I had to wait 4 full hours for the room to be ventilated or I'd risk my health. These could be done while housekeeping and throughout the day but they didn't realise there was a problem. I'm not looking for luxury, but something that is at least functional. However, the hotel is very disappointing.

Value of money rooms. Wi-Fi patchy. City view rooms just looks into the hotel rooms next door.
