Overall, I am satisficed with the services and the room quality. I am particularly amazed by the design and the attention to details in all the decorated items inside the room, as well as high quality staff. My recommendation is to have a Bluetooth speaker in the room so that guests like me and other music lovers can enjoy their time more while in the room.

Location is central to most of the place in Phnom Penh city. Hotel itself already have many fabulous restaurant to serve all the need we have. Staffs are amazing a helpful with no time limited. Love and will always my favorite place to relax

Unbelievable hotel The attention to detail is second to none in the rooms with everything thought out meticulously well. The view across the city was epic and both the breakfast and dinner were sublime. The staff are among the best I have ever come across. Polite, friendly and immaculately turned out. You will get no better than The Rosewood…

Modern hotel in PP! Tip top service from front desk , to restaurant crews and front door assistant . HouseKeeping team was one of the best from my personal opinion and Experience. Spectacular sky bar and room view. Thank you Rosewood Phnom Penh , we will definitely be back soon !!!

This could well be our new favourite hotel. We stayed over Christmas and had a fabulous stay. The hotel itself is centrally located, very modern design with spectacular interior decoration. You really get the sense that serious thought has gone into the decor and clearly a lot of expense. The rooms are superbly furnished with high quality beds, linen, towels and furniture. We ate at all the restaurants, including the outstanding Chinese restaurant in the next door mall but still part of the hotel. The food was fresh and fantastic quality prepared by sympathetic professionals. Finally the most important element, the staff. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and obviously well trained, not obsequious but genuinely interested in helping you. Overall an outstanding experience in a genuine 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel the Rosewood definitely the nicest and most elegant place to go in Phnom Penh. A good place to go when you want to feel like indulging in luxury food and drinks. Service is exceptional everything is clean just how a five star hotel should be. Recommend going for evening cocktails 🍸 and lunch as well.

The service and quality come with its price. Its the most luxury paranoma sky bar in town, and the wine is quite good. The view is stunning; it's the best place for these year to see the sunset and view of the city

Conveniently located in the centre, between the Democracy park and the railway station, Rosewood has opened recently. It will quickly become the hotel of choice of business travelers looking for luxury in the centre of Phnom Penh.
The check-in was quite swift, although staff are still undergoing training.
My room was big, comfortable and with all required amenities, and with so many lovely details. It was one of the most beautiful rooms I've stayed in Asia! I enjoyed the fruits and meringue provided.
The rooftop bar offers 360 degrees views of the city centre, a modern setting and a menu full of international drinks.
Service was professional and attentive, even if staff is still under trainning.response / report this review -

This newly opened modern lux hotel appeals to your design sensibilities as soon as you step in. High ceilings and cavernous halls are very intricately put together to bring about a sense of both space and privacy. From customer service at front desk to the guest relations escorting you around, every element was top notch. The location is very conveniently located to major tourist attractions. SORA sky bar is a must visit!

Stunning view of the city, with windy environment for relax! Yet it is the first time coming to skybar for standing. No shorts, professional camera, flipflop is allowed.

The new Rosewood in Phnom Penh is stunning and every bit of detail shines through the city like a beacon - from the iconic structure where it's in to the interiors, the works of art around and the whole package it exudes.
The dining options are endless, design sensibilities are an eye candy in every corner and the hype that has brought about is astronomical.
That's why I was aghast with one of their female staff at the outdoor sky bar when I asked for a Dirty Martini and she looked at me coldly in the eye and said: "we don't haveJust order from the menu!" I was shocked at this remark so I ordered the first thing that I see the Garden Tonic, which was probably the biggest mistake I have made in my life. Rosemary in food is amazing, but in a cocktail, it's mean.
I refuse to believe my first experience in Rosewood will be ruined by rosemary!
So we went inside and decided to ask the bartender myself if she can make me a Dirty Martini and heaven opened when she said yes and minutes later handed me a gorgeous glass of gin dirty martini with the most luscious piece of olive pierced to perfection. Hands down, it was the most amazing version I have had in my existence. I will go back to Phnom Penh in a heartbeat for this.
Their Japanese restaurant was also fantastic and we will surely come back for their other gastronomic delights on the 35th floor.
Rosewood will go far with their arrival in Phnom Penh and it is on the right road to excellence Just get rid of that Garden Tonic from the menu and train your staff a little bit more of the greatness you are capable of.response / report this review -
