very professional + friendly staffs and doc..my doc is dr. ping bushara..super friendly soft spoken.. i have a problem with my old crown and my other tooth he give me a few suggestion before he do anything + he give me an estimate how much it going to costiam very appreciate thank you iam very happy and my new crowning is good and now i can enjoy food happily i will using they service again..and thank you so much doc ping bushara.

WARNING: The people there are very nice and seemingly very professional. However, they called in an outside surgeon to diagnose a cyst in my cheek. The surgeon was supposed to do a biospsy to determine if the cyst is malignant. Instead of doing a biopsy, he made a 3 inch long incision in my mouth and removed the 1 inch cyst. Then, of course, I was charged several hundred dollars (by the clinic) for the surgery which I did not want to have done at that time in the first place. DO NOT LET THEM CUT UP YOUR MOUTH AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT.

Given that I thought they were only going to do a $50 biopsy, I did not have several hundred dollars with me. So then they confiscated my passport. I tried to negotiate with them but then the anesthesia started to wear off and I was in agony. Now I have to come up with several hundred dollars to get my passport back.

I say this not to bash the clinic but to warn others. DON'T FALL PREY TO THIS! I hope the clinic will change their policies so that this doesn't happen to others.

The best dental hospital in Cambodia. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hospital are clean, new and very professional. I’ve always had a great experience when I see the dentist and hygienist. I surely recommend them to my friends.

They may seem to recommend work that doesn't need to be done. They removed one of my fillings, because apparently it was cracked, without my consent, but then said the problem was with another tooth that needed a root canal and a crown. Although they removed the filling, it did seem to relieve the pain and I was on my way; no pain but with a whole where the filling used to be. I still believe they knew what the problem was but wanted $750 for root canal treatment and crown of an entirely different tooth?

Absolutely fantastic, professional, immaculately clean and incredibly modern facility. I had an orthodontic situation and I was looked at immediately by a knowledgeable and professional dentist and dental assistant. Being a traveler in Cambodia I really did not know what to expect. The facilities are much better than my own dentist in Canada! Everything was sorted out in minutes by the dentist, and the price was extremely affordable (I was shocked). During the procedure, the dental tools were removed from sealed packets. I saw the tool cleaning/sanitizing machinery while walking down the corridor, and it was exactly like the one at my own dentists. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

I recently had a lot of dental work done at Roomchang. The dentist Dr Tith was expert with the work he did.
The hospital was spotless, with the most modern and hi-tech equipment evident. The dentists and staff were obviously highly qualified and were pleasant and kind with a good understanding of English.
We were able to combine the dental work with a very pleasant holiday experience in Cambodia.
The whole process from booking the appointments and having a treatment plan and costing was very easily done by email and the work was done efficiently and expertly in the time frame that was recommended. I am very pleased with the results----
and it was a fraction of what it would have cost in Australia!

My girlfriend and I just went here last week to get dental work done. I just needed a cleaning while she had some cavities that needed to be filled. I'll start off the saying that the dental offices are very nice - clean and modern with excellent hygienic practices. The office staff were very friendly and professional.
The many cleanings that I've had done in the U.S. have all been done by hand and have taken close to an hour. The dentists in Roomchang use a dental drill with an attachment to clean teeth. While it's much quicker it's not nearly as thorough and, in my opinion, more uncomfortable. I much prefer having my cleanings done by hand, though of course here was much cheaper($25). After the cleaning the dentist tried to get me to do some additional work which I don't need done right now so I told him no. To my annoyance he asked me several more times until he finally gave up.
My girlfriend's experience was more positive. She had several fillings done at a very reasonable price, $25 per filling, and was very satisfied with the work. Her dentist was a bit more personable than mine, with a better bedside manner. She also had the same rush cleaning job that I did, along with some X-rays of course.
In short, I am going to stick with having my teeth cleaning done in the States but I would recommend Roomchang for dental filling work. They also provide quite a few other dental services but I have no knowledge of the quality of that work.
