There are two sections: the one overlooking the pool is nicer but a bit higher. Breakfast is included. The pool is small but nice.

Is a very quiet hotel, the pool is lovely and the rooms are good, and it has AC. The bad, it is a bit older and it is easy to notice it, the breakfast is pretty bad.

I put my money in my bag and leave it in the room. The cleaner took the money from my bag when I was out. The hotel didn't take any responsibility. I was told that they will help and get back to us but we hear nothing from them. The stuff told us that this case is not the first time. If you have other option. i would suggest not to stay at this hotel.

Stayed in January 2014 for 4 nights, as the base for our temples tour.
Great spot, friendly staff.
Room rather basic, with 2 double beds, TV, fridge, a/C, bathroom with shower. Big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Great breakfast.
Quieter than city centre proper, everything still at walking distance: market, restaurants.
The whole place had a good and friendly vibe.
Few Khmer barbecue joints are just around the corner. Good pool, great after a day of dusty roads around the temples. You can organise temple transport and tour with the guys hanging outside.
