A modern, relaxing and friendly hotel, we couldn't have asked for more during our 8 night stay. I would happily return - it's a perfect hideaway from the noise and madness of the old town without placing you too far away from the action. A 10 min stroll past restaurants and the night market will take you across the river and into the 'pub street' area, or a $2 tuk tuk will do the trick. The breakfast here is good, fresh fruit, pastries, and your choice of eggs etc. The staff were wonderful - friendly but not overbearing. It was the little touches that really made it for us though, a cold flannel when we returned from a hot day of temple trampling, extra bottles of water to take with us And the pool was wonderful to come back to. We organised our visits to Angkor ourselves although the hotel gave some great suggestions and also a benchmark for pricing. The room was comfortable, although if you have any issues with stairs it may be worth requesting a room on the ground floor as there isn't a lift. A genuinely great place to stay!

Fanstastic establishment!! Nice clean rooms beautiful pool and courtyard great food and the staff is amazing!! Our driver Sol picked us up from the airport promptly and also spent three days driving us around the grand tour of Angkor Wat in a way that kept us ahead of the crowds. They all went way above any place we have stayed at before and even arranged to have a Birthday Cake made special for my wife when we got back from our last day of sight seeing. I was as surprised as my wife. Thank you so much Aaron and Amy Mayer! Highly recommended for great experience in a great part of the world!

Great hotel, I'd stay here again. Excellent service and super helpful staff. Thanks to How, Thea, Riya, and Long. Residence 101 was one of the highlights of our stay in Siem Reap. The icing on the cake was when the staff offered us the use of a guest-room shower after we had checked out since our departing bus was much later during the same night. Above and beyond 👌🏽🙏🏾

We miss it already. We felt very welcomed, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The stuff is very helpful and friendly and there is really nothing to complain. We will stay there again on our next visit to Angkor Wat for sure.

This hotel stood out because everyone working there went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! Best service we've had. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. For the price, I'd be surprised if you can beat this hotel. Would come back for sure.

I had a fantastic stay here.
The service was excellent from the minute we checked in. Residence 101 is about a 15 minute walk in a safe area to pub street or a 5 minute $2 tuk tuk ride. It is also near a school but I didn't hear anything during the day from the children.

The rooms are spacious with space with a large waterfall shower and plenty of counter space. Breakfast selection is good and all the staff try their best to assist you. We even used their shoe shine service on our sneakers as they were in rough condition after our jungle treks the day prior.

Angkor Wat and temples are an outstanding wonder of the world, however our stay at residence 101 was what helped make some very special memories of our travels to Cambodia. Every member of staff were excellent, on arrival we were treated to some wonderful cool soft fruit juice a friendly smile and excellent service. We were quickly shown to our room which was excellent, our bed was decorated with sculptured towels and shortly afterwards we received beautiful fresh fruit. We were pleasantly surprised with our room and the balcony which looked onto the swimming pool .The pool is not large but big enough and perfectly formed. This is a not a large hotel but a small boutique hotel which makes you feel comfortable and valued. The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order and served to your table, the menu was varied and we could not fault the quality of food the service from the staff and the restaurant. The location is very good it's an easy ten minute walk to the buzz and the night market, with some very good restaurants on route. The staff were outstanding and helped us sort a problem we had with flight details and for that I cannot thank them enough. We were lucked enough to be there at the start of the Khemer New Year Celebrations and the staff asked us to join them in celebrating this special time, thank you so much you made us so welcome . I would not hesitate in recommending Residence101 to independent travellers or indeed to independent travel consultants. We Wish you a very happy healthy and prosperous new year.

Great little hotel and well situated. We were put into a room on the ground floor that was really lovely and we were over the moon, until we tried to sleep! The room was very noisy from the reception at night and the kitchen Inn the early morning BUT they instantly offered to move us and we took a top floor room that was very quiet. Sadly not so well appointed and large but very comfortable so no complaints. Pool was small but refreshing, we swam in the evenings and the lights and temperature made it wonderful. Staff were very friendly. We didn't eat an evening meal with them but had breakfast that was a little complicated to order but once you got the hang of it and knew what you could have it was great. I loved my stay and the staff could not have been nicer.

The location is very close to the city - but if traveling at night, bring a flashlight because there are very few street lights. The room is clean and has AC. They offer you fruits when you check in and there are bottles of water in the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they speak very good English. They have an on-site restaurant and I. Sure the staff can accommodate most demands. There is an outside pool next to the lobby.
