I like it here. Good price for what you get. (Agoda is cheapest)

I have stopped 4 times in the last year. I have never had any problems. They have kept room relatively clean and no problems with my bathroom.

Right on riverside and easy access to most things. Museum, Palace, bars and restaurants.

Nice place with spacious rooms in good condition at good prices.
Free toiletries are provided and the free wifi is pretty fast.
I didn't see anyone creepy there. Room to the backside costed me 25 USD a night.

Avoid this hotel. Creepy men sitting outside all of the time. Man brought back two prostitutes to his room. Crazy man on first floor yelling for an hour and destroying his room. Manager said they would resolve, but didn't since man yelling and smashing things the next night. Unsafe to stay here. Didn't clean room even once even when asked. Much more wrong with hotel and restaurant. Many other places with better value in Phnom Penh. Stay elsewhere.
