  They refused to give me my translated birth certificate and family book because they think that the names in the book does not fit with their pronounciation so they said we had to give them our passports for comparison even though the names are spelt correctly
  If you want to translate legal documents I don't recommend you coming here because the people here are ignorant and very unprofessional

  They refused to translate my sons birth certificate because they disagreed with how it was spelt in Khmer, even though it was a very minimal difference in sound. I don’t think they understand that they can’t perfectly translate English names to Khmer, and their idea of how to spell it is an opinion not a fact. Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time here

  Went to translate a birth certificate and family book. The birth certificate had my name in English and Khmer. They said there was a mistake in the Khmer name and refused to translate it back to English despite it already being given in English on the document. They also refused to translate my name correctly in the family book. I argued with them about the difficulty of translating English names into Khmer to no avail. I eventually gave up and went to Go Translation Services who translated the documents straight away with no problems and charged 25% less.

  Translate your NAME too haha!
  when you give them the right spelling they still not will go follow, they only do what they think is right but NAME is important they still change the spelling that is crazy.
  
  If don't like you can walk out but they never give you back the money.
  That mean they will take your money for free......
  
  I want the government to know about this problem.
  They not allow to take photo inside too.
  Because they know that they did many things illegal just to make money 💵
  But I don't know other place doing translation....

Going by the 4x4s parked outside I think this place is just for the UN, NGOs and Embassies.
