It is in the east of Chroy Changvar Bridge. Every morning always get traffic jam around 7:30- 9:00. Because of the old Chroy Changvar is being constructed by Japanese's government.

This place is not really mean for going to have a pic is per say. I'd say it's just a good place to get a light exercise in in the morning when you have time from time to time.

A beautiful place for our first view to Siem Reap. But, at that time(3/6/2017, there was a really heavy traffic jam. We stucked in the traffic jam for nearly 3 hours( from 4:00 pm to 7:45 pm) and that was a very long, tired time.

This is the biggest circle in Cambodia, and also built as Prohm Bayon Statue inside and big garden with full of flowers round. Good for exercise and relaxing, good environment, clean and wonderful view round.
