  Soooo this is a hotel with a pool so dirty you won't consider using it, a room with a safe and a fridge which do not work, a restaurant with a lot of options but most unavailable. Basically when visiting Preah Vihear, consider guesthouses: at least you get a real taste of Cambodia and it's probable that you'll receive better service
