Beware, don't buy the 5 hour pass for this lounge unless you can do online check in and don't have bags to check because the lounge is landslide but the airport won't let you up to the lounge level without a boarding pass in hand. The lounge needs proper coordination with airport operations such that paying customers are allowed to visit the lounge.
Also, if you enjoy the smell of raw sewage in your shower, you may enjoy your visit. And how about Christmas music!? In April? Yup, you guessed it, this may be your place!! O Tannenbaum twice and joy to the world once in the sewage-smelling shower.
Justifying extra star was the food which was pleasantly good, Cambodian, pan Asian, and western. Good hot food options.response / report this review -

Had a quick stay at this lounge last year during our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. These lounges in Asia are a level or two above the pathetic lounges in the US. There were 4 or 5 food stations for cook to order dishes. The alcoholic drinks are watered down too much, though. Still it's not crowded during the time we were there so was a quiet place to relax a bit prior to the flight. IIRC, there were masseuses but the line was too long to wait for. Maybe next time.

Very primiem lounge in the airport. You can do business discussion, get some drink and food. It's really privacy and great.

Absolutely ridiculous staff. Stranded at the airport for 9 hours. Did not allow me (as Plaza Premium member) inside because I was with kids. According to the staff, they have a no-kids policy and could not help me.

Immaculate lounge w a great selection of hot food. If you are a priority pass member they give you 2 complimentary drink tickets. Shower is available on site and there's massage service for a reasonable price. One of the better plaza lounges!

New arrangement at Phnom Penh International Airport. Nice place for waiting to boarding. Food is OK. Noodle is so so.

What a top notch lounge!

A surprisingly good new lounge, with a real bar that will mix you drinks (albeit in limited quantities for alcohol), plenty of seating and decent food. WiFi worked flawlessly as well and there were ample charging plugs.
