PestLab was very responsive. I put a request for a quote in at 4:30am when I woke up itching to have them check for bed bugs. They called me the same morning at 8:30am and then came to do the inspection at 3pm. They were promptly there on time and pulled back the mattress, the mattress cover, checked my bites, and checked my bags. They were ethical enough to say that no bed bugs were found and that a treatment would probably not be needed for this. They even messaged me after the free inspection to say they had found what the bites were likely from: sandfleas. If I have a problem with pests in the future, I will certainly contact PestLab first.

We have use PestLab to install mosquito exterminators co2 machines into our premises and the team has been very reliable, offer a good service at a good value and the machines work very well. We had a minor issue due to a rodent that ate a pipe and they fixed it instantly and also installed a rodent trap for free. Highly recommend.

Very good experience with Pestlab who helped me deal with my mosquito infested garden. Of course you never get rid of moskitoes 100% but the solutions offered by petlab have been very efficient overall, we can again enjoy having a garden! I highly recommend!
