  Good food and very clean place. My girlfriend born and raise in Phnom phen so she would know all the good place to eat. I ate the duck noodles and it was delicious.

  Good place for group meeting. There is special offer that is free venue from 4pm. tasty and healthy meal, but the price in menu not yet included VAT 10%. Some local customer talk and play loudly music or shows. The best place should be on second floor(one more floor after ground floor).

  I really wanted to like this Park Cafe. It is in a great location and it's got a modern interior with good AC. However, the coffee and food are overpriced and not good. The coffee tastes the same as the kind you get at noodle stands for 1000 riel, but they charge $2.75 for it. I ordered one of their combos (no price is advertised)- Hainanese chicken + soup. The meat was very mushy and not tasty and it cost $10.99, which is kind of crazy given the quality of the food compared to what else you can get around here. Not bad if you need a place for a quiet meeting and don't care about the drink/food quality, but otherwise just avoid it.
  
  Brown Cafe is much better for price and quality.
