So so stayed here for 5 days in a small hut quite enjoyed it.

Pros: Nice stretch of beach to yourself. Fairly decent food. Paddle board rental. Chilled out vibe.

Cons: Rooms were never cleaned. Electricity was none existent during the day (one night it never came on at all)
But we're Backpacking and mostly enjoyed it.

Best resort in sanloem since they have the entire beach left of the pier for themselves. other beach spots in saracen bay are crowded and share with other resorts. Restaurant is also great and cozy. happening place with visitors from other resorts.

    Overpriced and no Paradise

We paid 80$/night (4 people) for a very small uncomfortable concrete hut so called VIP witch it wasn't at all! There was only power for the air con from 6 pm to 6 am, lots of ants in the outdoor bathroom, no hot shower and no water pressure.

The restaurant is over priced and a lot of strang people who works or live there hanging out I don't know.

They keeps 3 big dogs around witch they have no control over, we actually experienced that the 3 dogs attacked a guy walking by on the beach an knocking him over in the water an I think he got bitten as well. He was offered a free breakfast (come on) from the bit arrogant manager Soren I think he's name was. Our children wasn't comfortable with the dogs at all.

We didn't like the place but have to say that the beach is very nice where it's situated.

Further to the north on the beach there is some places for food and accommodation for more reasonable prices.

Only reason we didn't move to another place is that there make you pay in advance and will not refund.

Our 5-year-old was attacked and bitten by one of the several dogs the owners keep in the reception and restaurant. They attack walkers on the beach and bite customers inside the restaurant. They bite children yet the owners do not keep them away from the property where their paying guests stay, dine, and hang out. The dog bit my 5 year old on his leg the first of four nights we stayed and tried to bite him on the second night until I intervened. The last night we came through to eat dessert and the pack of dogs got up and aggressively barked at us. The owners just sit there, nonchalantly brushing off any incident, take no responsibility, and just don't care. Perhaps they will when the pack of dogs kills a kid in the beach.

We would have happily stayed at one of the many nice places on the island after the first bite, however this resort makes you prepay and you are stuck staying as you have already paid.

Apart from now having a young child terrified of dogs and a terrible experience from the owners, other things to consider: they smoke all day and night in the restaurant, food is expensive and not so good.

Nice place, good food. It's not a 5 star hotel ( If you need to be pampered by romservice this isn't for you ) it's a place to relax and enjoy nature. if you like sandy beach with nice shallow waters, (perfect for children) and reading a good book on the Beach it's perfect.

It is a good place for back to basic vacation. Be aware, check out at 10am, no electricity in the room during the day, and extra 2.5% extra to pay by card.Property is quiet at night. Food is good. Overall an average experience with overprice rooms.

I can't believe that you dont care about your dog! Theres a poor boy, thin and reduced to skeleton. He has inflamed eyes and he cant see, at least at one eye. What are you waiting for? How can you just watch and wait till he dies in pain?? Please dont support so cruel people and avoid paradise villas cambodia.

Sweet bungalows on the beach and in the garden. Bit pricey, but everything is on this island.
