Phav - once on the main route 6 from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap has now been bypassed by a new road allowing this town to retreat into a sleepy provincial town once more. It is a pleasant spot to break one's journey if travelling slow. Most tourists are unaware of its sleepy charms. And long may that remain the case.
