Hotel is located in a very small sort of back street, however the hall is beautiful once you get it. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I wouldn't say it's the best location as I haven't found much around at night, but I may have just missed the best places around. Swimming pool area is quite small, therefore crowded easily but it's a cool place.

Everything was pretty.. But we found a fingernail in out food at the bar and the stench of polish was over powering and caused us both to get headaches

Buffet Breakfast is good for my liking. Staff are all great and friendly. Cleanliness is excellent. The only thing that I would suggest is make another room for the restaurant so that the chairs and tables at the poolside will have a "safe space" to the pool. Add some warm water on the pool during the night as the water tends to be too cold.

The rooms were fine and well serviced. The location was good and the staff were friendly. The quality of the food lets it down, however. The breakfast buffet is okay but other a la carte meals are not great. I heard many people complaining about the food during my stay, so it must be a common problem that they need to address.
The only other problem was we booked 2 adjacent rooms. Prior to arrival we double checked and received email confirmation they would be adjacent. On arrival we were told we had been 'upgraded' to rooms on different floors. This can be inconvenient when you are travelling with kids. The hotel was full so there was nothing they could do.
So it's a nice hotel but it could be run a bit better.

Lovely traditional hotel, ideally situated for walking to restaurants and bars. The reception area is stunning, heavily carved furniture, statues and pots of lotus flowers.
The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, the beds are firm. The restaurant offers a very nice selection of foods and drinks for breakfast. The pool is nice and clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended hotel !!!!

Great place to stay! Service is fantastic and the hotel is beautiful. Rooftop pool and restaurant are an added plus. The rooms are just a bit dark but other than that, very comfortable. And the location is perfect! Would definitely recommend to others.

Damp Smell which was only just bearable and staff taxi drivers out front constantly harass you. Rooms never cleaned and water didn't turn hot. Food was average. Don't understand how people reviewed this with anything higher then 3 stars.

Beautiful place. Great traditional timber carved features, bedroom and bathroom were well appointed and very comfortable, breakfast was one of the best and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The roof top views across to the Royal Palace and river, especially with fireworks 😊, are first class and the pool is a welcome haven at the end of a hot day on the street. So sad to leave and I will be very happy to return 😊😊

Perfectly located in the heart of Phonm Penh, this hotel is certainly more than Okay. The pool is a luxurious break from the city heat and gives a great viewpoint over the palace and museum. Food is excellent

Down a small side street, this hotel is an amazing building full of carvings it feels like a building in the Royal Palace. Rooms a relatively basic but perfectly functional and clean. Breakfast and facilities are very good.

Most recommend for tourists. No parking space. But woody decoration, nice service, swimming pool on the top and you can enjoy watching sunrise and sunset and view from river. It's reachable to Royal palace by walking a minute.

Lobby and rooms are a spectacle, beautiful wood work everywhere. Check in side and staff were awesome and friendly. Roof top pool and restraunt is also beautiful, but the staff up there were lazy and poor at their jobs. We say at a messy table after the previous group left for 15min and no one came to clean, staff were busy socializing. We moved closer to bar, got served, ate, drank, and the first table was still left full of dirty plates and empty glasses. Even as other groups sat down and patiently waited. We watched two groups come and go from the same unkept table. Would give five stars if the restraunt had the same management and dedication as the lobby.

We enjoyed 4-day stay in Feb-2017 in OK Boutique Hotel. Fine location, and visiting the important landmarks of the city was very easy especially thanks to the help of Thy Sreyneang, a part-time working university student who luckily speaks very good English. Apart from greeting us day after day with a beautiful smile, she proved very helpful in guiding and advising us on our daily plans. Our room had a nice view, very clean and comfortable with fine climate control, well stocked mini bar etcetera. Facilities such as laundry service are generally okay. Having breakfast outside is a good option if you wish to get acquainted with delicious street food. And yes, the free Wi-Fi works just fine.
