Great place. Helpful staff. Only issue was we had understood that they provided free airport drop off and in reality they only do free airport pick up not a problem unless you are planning on flying and need a ride. They did have a Tuk Tuk we could take at the reasonable price though.

The room is nicely presented. Has everything you need, fridge, tv, hot shower, tea/coffee and water bottles provided daily. Great choice at breakfast and fab pool. Lovely, helpful staff. I loved it here! Excellent for the price too :)

The arquitecture at entrance and the pool are just amazing, the female staff are super friendly, can't say the same for the men, the room smells bad and looks old. Wasn't the best experience

Great hotel, the premier deluxe room we stayed in was very spacious. The place is kept very clean, both rooms and public areas. The staff are very friendly. There are tuk tuk drivers avaliable just outside and good prices. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is the restaurant. The food was ok but needs a little work to make it great. The cocktails are poor. Which was a real shame.

Good Kmer style hotel! Big room, Nice bathroom but need to be improved.
Love the breakfast, it's served on the rooftop, nice view. If you need anything just ask on the reception they are helpfull.

Stuff was so helpfull, you can leave laguage after check out and take shower. They can arrange all transport for you. Pool at the roof was a great place to relax. Just restaurant was not the top one but still ok.

Great value: clean rooms, awesome roof pool and bar hangout, friendly helpfull staff. 2 bed + 3 bed for 31 usd (fan no ac).
Free rooftop pool billard table needs leveling, and drinks/ food relatively expensive for cambo standards.
Still 5 star for value.

This place was very pretty and upon arrival the staff were welcoming and attentive, unfortunately there was confusion with breakfast times - one person told us 7-10 another 8-12 so we ended up missing it one morning, when we did have it. It was tasty but cold and not just because it had been sat at the buffet for a while - they brought it out cold! From the moment we were picked up by their tuk tuk we were encouraged to spend money, make plans, spend more money etc etc. We live in Phnom Penh and so will be returning to Siem Riep from time to time but I doubt we'd go back here.

Great traditional wooden decor from the entrance with cool stone statues. Friendly, polite and professional staff. Got a nice pool with a bar/restaurant on the top floor that is moderately priced, with a nice view of Siem Reap. Would definitely come back here to stay. 5 stars

There are 2 buildings, a fancy and an other one. Our room was in the non fancy building, smelled like rotten milk, was very small, and you can bring "partners" to your room. Never go there.
