Although the vet has limited resources he is a local hero when it comes to animal care. It's a local vet clinic, nothing fancy, no cray, no ultrasound , not even blood tests, but that's how it is outside Phnom Penh. Recommended for vaccinations and all minor illness and accidents. His stitching skills a real great I brought countless dogs from my neighborhood to him.
