Great Guest House and great owners. The rooms are really comfortable and clean but still cheap. Most of all they are along the garden which is a real eden. A bit far from the center but there are some free bikes which allow you to ride easily along the seaside to reach the center (the beaches and the markets). They also have a couple of motorbikes for rent (6$ per day), ideal to go to the kampot pepper plantations and the surroundings. Highly recommended!
