Bus was on time, clean, the food was good. Wifi was ok, you had to re-login all the time absolutely it didn’t work after the border into Cambodia. I would recommend the company since you don’t have to change busses after the bus order but be aware of scams.
They stop 5km before the border saying you can get your visa here faster. The only thing is they charge you $45 instead of the $30 that they do at the border. It’s very easily done at the border on your own so don’t fall into the trap.
When you get to Siem Reap they try to tell you that their tuktuks will take you to your hotel for free. When I questioned it and said that I wasn’t going to book anything else with the tuktuks (to go to the temples for example), they said the ride wouldn’t be 5$ then. Don’t do it - walk a few minutes and you’ll get another tuktuk for a few dollars less.

The bus from Bankok to Siem Reap was supposed to be without scam (it is written on the ticket), but IT IS A LIE. Someone not from the company entered the bus 1h before the thai border and ask everyone $35 to take care of the visa. DO NOT DO IT! It is faster and cheaper by yourself. Also bus and food were bad. The bus (departure 8am) was broken so we had to wait for the next bus to be repaired

The bus from Bangkok to Siem Reap is great. They provide food and water and handle the visa for you. The free tuk tuk to your hotel is really just a way for the drivers to try and sell you their services for whole days and later try to upsell you on longer trips or take you to expensive restaurants.

Usually it's cheaper via tours from your hotel or tour companies where you also get a guide.

The company was also quick to find my tuk tuk driver on the last day after he wasn't there to pick me up from Angkor Wat. Lesson learned, don't pay your tuk tuk driver until you've finished your entire tour and be sure to shop around for the best value.

When you arrive in the station from the coach from bangkok, a friendly guy with great english from the station comes on the bus and say's they provide a "free" tuk tuk to your hotel. The bus company holds you on the bus until all the luggage is off the bus to stop theft of luggage I assumed.

It's a way to funnel you through to the tuk tuk drivers. Who, before providing a free tuk tuk actually pause to sell you excursions. You can of course take up their offer and they will insist that they will pick you up at some time tomorrow morning.

It turns out that's why it's "free". Our driver stopped twice to try and sell us further excursions but we politely declined and eventually we did get the tuk tuk going.

That was until we got to a petrol station. It turns out the petrol needed to be paid for so he asked us for the petrol money at which point we got out and walked the rest of the way.

The tuktuk isn't free and I recommend you just pay for a tuk tuk as you would normally and not worry about wasting time with their upselling.

I agree with supporting the locals but they need to be clear with their intentions.

At the time of writing it would have cost us $2 to go 2km.

They said they provide free Tuk Tuk drive back to my location near Koh Ke traffic light aftrr i come back from bangkok to siem reap but when I arrive my location, Tuk Tuk ask me for 3$ and he said it is free only for foreigners, not Cambodia. What is that!

Gave us directions for pick up Visa email and said down the road. Luckily my gut instinct said to walk here just in case.
Provided good food and water for the ride. Kept track of us over the border so nobody would get lost or left behind.
A totally opposite experience than that if Giant Ibis from Vietnam to Cambodia (which was overall horrible, rude, and scammy).
Nattakan was polite, friendly, and responsible. Best of all they don't try to scam you 👍

That is the best bus station in Siem Reap, if you want to go to Bangkok, you can book this bus company online. It has nice bus.

My experience with this company was not so good. I agreed to pay more for the ride to Bangkok in order to have comfort and additional care for the long ride. The bus was old and not so comfortable. NO WIFI unlike cheaper options. No water was given. No help at all for border crossing. I have paid for less and received so much more. Save your money and go with another company.

The Nattakan coach is a very good option to get from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Not too pricey, gets you there in approx. 9h in good conditions and you can present your ticket in your mobile (no prints needed).
The "bus station" though is nothing special. It's just the office of the Nattakan company with two benches outside. Not much to see or do here , except waiting for your coach.

I was nervous booking this bus since there are such bad reviews, but it was the only bus that my hostel offered to book that had a toilet. I was going from Siem Reap to Bangkok. The pickup time was 7am-8am and the tuk tuk got me at 7:20. The bus left on time and was clean and spacious. They provided snacks, water, and lunch. They did not ride our bags over the border as others have said, but did guide us on where to go at the border. They estimate a 10 hour ride but because it didn't take too long to get the Thai visa, it was an 8 hour ride.

On the way from Siem Reap to Bangkok bus crew was not so friendly. We have got water only after two hours. On the toilet inside the bus is very rude note "No s*it" otherwise they can create more polite note there.
Way from Bangkok to Siem Reap was perfect with very nice crew.
Both busses arrived in time and organized free tuk tuk transfer.

Bus ride from Siem Reap to Bangkok was much better than from Bangkok to Siem Reap. My bus left on time plus there's free pickup from your hotel. Get your hotel to call in advance to arrange this. Free breakfast and transit through border was seamless. If you've never been through the border I recommend sticking with someone from the bus who has or follow the bus attendant.

Really good bus company, the only one direct bus to Bangkok or the other way back.
Pick up at our hotels even heavy rain and driver is sooooo nice to help with luggage and offer bread rice orange juice and water.
28$ one-way. Don't miss that and don't need to change bus they will wait all passages finish the visa staff, and then start to go.
Really nice.
