The service was good with the old director of maintenance, however the new young people in charge of the maintenance shop does not seem as knowledgeable as the old ones. I brought in my Vespa for service and got out with a spongy and ineffective front brake. Disappointing.

Maintenance not done according to manifacturer specifications. By their own admission they don't even have a torque wrench in the shop.
