It's normal, but for this price I saw much better in PP. Room was small, but clean, hot water and service was ok. But receptionist try to push me to pay for breakfast, it was included.

It's good value for monkey. Nothing special. Typical view from the window is a wall. Breakfast is bad but if you happy with coffee and toast it's ok. A lot of places to eat around good location.
