Lovely spacious rooms set in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. But the best thing is the unprecedented level of friendly and helpful service.

We only arrived last night and I've never written a review so quickly but feel compelled to capture the amazing welcome we received.
Firstly, arriving at Siem Reap airport was a bit of a mission, two flights had just arrived, no visa on arrival forms available, no airport staff visible to askthe whole process was unclear and very stressful, especially with 3 tired young boys in tow but then the magic happened!
Having spent well over an hour making it through visa application, passport control, luggage collection and customs we were worried our complimentary shuttle may have given up waiting for us. but we needn't have worried. We were greeted personally by Vanna who escorted us to our waiting vehicles and then accompanied us to the resort giving us valuable information about the resort along the way. Before we left the airport Vanna had arranged complementary welcome drinks (my mojito was fabulous) and how we wanted the beds arranged in our connecting room for our 3 boys.
On arrival at the resort we were whisked in to reception and greeted by the team who presented us with our welcome drinks. I can honestly say the reception we received was by far the best we have ever experienced. We were allocated a free mobile phone to use to call the resort to arrange a complementary pick up from Siem Reap centre, they drop you off too, all free between 5-10pm. We were also talked through a map of the local area and Vanna arranged a call to our tour company to confirm the new name of the resort (it was the Elegant Resort and Spa at the time of booking). Lastly, we were asked to choose which essential oil we'd like in each room (diffusers were all set up and the rooms smelt amazing by the time we got to them).
Next we were shown to our HUGE rooms which are immaculately clean with a fabulous and huge bath in each room along with separate shower room and accompanied by the amazing scent we had chosen!
Vanna also gave us a really useful tour around our room (I may have mentioned they are huge!) pointing out the complementary mini bar, safe, ironing facilities, fresh fruit platter etc.
As it's a little late for our boys we're going to eat in the restaurant tonight and if the experience so is anything to go by I'm sure it will be awesome too
our only regret so far is that perhaps we should have booked for more nights ;-)
Update: on returning from our tour of Angkor Wat today the Nita By Vo team were waiting for us with cold drinks in receptionwe were then escorted to our room where they surprised my wife with balloons, birthday cake and singing of happy birthdayfabulous effort was made to decorate the room with balloons, flowers petals amazingreport this review -

Very attwntive service. Nice small touches. Drinks when ypur arrive for your stay amd everyday from your tour. Staff knows you by name. breakfast included with three meal options. More than enough and excellent food. Pool is clean amd beautiful. I can go on about this place.
