  Very good location with nice view , all customers can swim and the environment are clean with safe security. Moreover easy access go to visit Preach Vihear temple.

  Worst Place in Cambodia!
  Planning a visit to Preah Vihear Temple I booked one night here with Agoda, after the temple visit I arrived at the hotel around 19:00 and was denied a room, the reception said that I didn't have a booking even though I had all the receipts, I called Agoda and they called the reception to no avail. The place wasn't even full because they offered me a room if I was willing to pay them directly, I said I had already paid through Agoda.
  At this point the staff became rude and start to ignore us and turn they back on us, after almost 2 hours I called Agoda again and told them to cancel my booking and reimburse me.
  I never seen a hotel front that didn't understand the principle of online booking and even when the company itself call them to say that I have indeed booked and paid they decided to ignore me hoping for the problem to go away.
  Lucky I drove there and went around until I found a Guesthouse but if you are a tourist with no transportation I can't even imagine what do you do in the middle of nowhere at 9:00pm.
