The hotel condition is really old and not clean at all. Women would be difficult to stay there. Bathroom broken, no fixing. There are dust everywhere. The price is quite expensive comparing to the standard and clean guest house. However, the view is nice there. It is near the Mekong river and Kizuna bridge. You can jog along the garden.

I normally stay at another nice, new guest house for USD $12 per night but it was full. This place is bearable but old, Wi-Fi only on the ground floor where you have to sit in hard wooden chairs and no hot water. USD $15 per night. If possible I'll avoid it next time

One word describes this hotel: FILTHY !!! I have stayed here 5 times in the past 5 years but this time, the place is really really dirty. Look at the pictures. The towels and the pillow cases were white, years ago. Ironically, the housekeeping staff ask every morning when you leave your room "Clean room ?". They have obviously no idea what cleaning means. At 8$ a night for a fan room that dirty it's a rip off. In over 40 years of travels, this hotel is one of the dirtiest I stayed at.

It's in a good area. Cost me $7 for a basic room. Room wasn't the most clean, but it was liveable.

Hygiene issue there! Nothing was cleaned! Towel had been used, bed sheets were dirty, there was blood on it! Disgusting! Also Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Avoid!
