Kampong Cham is overlooked by tourists and it is difficult to understand why. Tidy, with a beautiful promenade by the Mekong River in contrast to the dirty chaos of Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh, with a cute night market and lots of sights around Kampong Cham has a lot to offer. Mekong Crossing has comfortable accommodation to offer and probably the best latte I've had in Cambodia

All the staff is amazing and kind, specially the young NouN.
Double room with fan, very confortable, clean, 8$ (was a bit warm at beginning but after OK). Good WiFi.
Food is good, price in the average.
Bikecycle for rent (1,5$) and motorbike (5$) I try to negotiate every price but they never care. :-(

Due to jealousy Young Male staffer yelled out loud that i was too old in front of my face and my date's. Cblocker. He also lied and said no mosquitoes. Owners cordial. Room Prices arbitrary. Stayed for 5 days. So i know it well.

Good Banana pancakes and delicious Iced Coffee. But the Smoothie of my friend didn't have any taste of fruit. Staff Friendly, we also rent a motorbike

Confortable room and excellent coffee otherwise nothing positive. The owner is warm and polite til you pay. After that, they don’t care about you. Bad food, no good quality (they use powder for fruit shakes) and expensive prices. They gonna keep your passport if you want to rent a bike/motorbike. Please don’t allow them to do that and keep your documents with you!!

Rip off not good value for money. Its the only choice you have because everywhere else is just as expensive or worse. The people are nice though to be fair but its just not worth the money from other places I have been in cambodia.

Very nice location - day & night. Really nice rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet reasonable food at reasonable prices. Staff pleasant & helpful with good understanding of English.

US$1 draft beers, the spicy noodles with pork salad, the strawberry smoothie and ice coffees were good. The spring rolls with pork and the french fries were mediocre. The restaurant is on a corner across the street from the river, so a nice breeze blows through, keeping it pretty comfortable on a hot day.

Room was clean with comfy bed. Hot shower and free bottle of water. Good value for 7$.

Staff was incredible rude, all of them. The worst staff what I ever met in Cambodia.
WiFi didn't work well.

Nice place with a very friendly staff. A bit of a backpacker/foreigner hub but the food is good and drinks are cheap so you can't blame them. We stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. Nothing fancy for perfect for a night's rest. If you can check out the "temple on the hill" it is about 20km outside but the drive is nice and its view from up top make it worth it entirely.
