Ordered for Dal Makhani, Butter nan, tuna friend with black pepper and some spices. I was hungry and i was expecting my food to be served in 10/15min time. They served me after 30/35min. I found that they served me moong dal (green gram) and in no way it was Dal Makhani. I asked them Where's my Dal Makhani, the waiter and later owner tried to convince me that it's Dal Makhani. To prove myself right, i show them photos of Dal Makhani from Google. Later they started making story that this is same Dal but we mixed little green dal also, blah blah! If they mixed it little, why that whole dal looks green? No reply to my question. They said we will cancel your Dal and you can eat Fried Tuna with nan.! I said What?? Now do i have to eat what you want me to eat? I left that restaurant immediately and canceled all orders. I was ready to eat if they speak truth on first attempt. But no, they lied all the time so i left immediately canceling my order. Only name is Little India, apart from that there's nothing indian, even owner looks Srilankan.

I recommend not to go here: we waited more than 1 hour to get the food. The food itself was uninspiring, not really tasty (slightly burnt dal) and small portions. We got white rice instead of brown, which they would have replaced if we wanted to. The two sisters of the family are nice & have good English, but it feels they should not work as a waitress, they're children.

Food was good with authentic indian flavour but a little slow to arrive. Nevertheless a good experience.

Waited more than half an hour just for the drinks and then we got the false dishes. Small dishes and overpriced!

I had a good experience and meal at Little India. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was tasty and reminded me of my trip to Mumbai. I came here on recommendation of a local friend, and I was glad I came.
