Nice staff and location. Pool and AC are excellent. The rooms are comfortable with great bathrooms but overall not worth full price. We stayed here because we got a very steep discount. For around 10-15 per night it's a very good deal but 45 per night is steep. Wifi is terribly slow, we had tons of mosquitos in the room and no breakfast included

Great cheap hotel that is clean and under 19 dollars. First the bad you have 44 stair of you get the top room but I only paid 30 dollars for clean fresh room so I did not care. The rooms are clean and fair sized with aircond and wifi. Now I have seen some people complaining but me for a room less than 19 dollar and it is clean and pest free except for a mosquito or two how can I complain..

One of the best great-value place we've been. The room was far better than we expected for the amount we paid. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Shower was great.
We got very early (about 6:30am) and they had a free room so we could have done early check-in.
The only problem was that the pool was broken, so we couldn't use it.
Recommend!

Really good hotel in a good location; the food places around the hotel are pretty cheap, and close to the market and the pub street. The facilities in the hotel are very good, including a pool. The bathroom in our room was our favorite thing, and all that in a great price of less than 12$ per night!

Kindness of the staff. Place really clean and quiet. Close from night market & pub street. The swimming pool. Fan & aircond, mini fridge, tv, in rooms, hot water on shower.

Beatiful hotel. The rooms are nice, confortable, clean and pretty cheap. Hot shower and free toiletries are available, as well as a fridge in the room. The wifi connexion is very good.
Surprisingly however, I found the 15$-double room less confortable than the 9$-twin room (mattress not in such a good shape).
There is an outdoor swimming pool that customers can use for free.
The staff is nice and speaks good english.
There are also croissants available at the restaurant and I mean real croissants, like french ones.

A peaceful oasis amidst the heat and dust of Sok San Street. We stayed in a good value clean spacious and interestingly decorated room. The staff were unfailingly pleasant. An easy recommendation.

The rooms are clean with AC. The staff is very helpful. The swimming pool is really appreciated to relax after visiting Angkor.

Thought being located in a more quiet part of town Pub Street is still enough close to have a drink.

Lovely clean and new rooms, modern bathroom. Really lovely staff, although management was unavailable unfortunately. We did our laundry through the hotel service ($2.50 per kg, rather than the standard $1 on the road). Unfortunately, some items came back still dirty. Despite the staff's best efforts, it was not possible to reach a manager. Else, it would have been 4 stars at least.

Good value for money, nice room, kind stuff and it is cool to cool of in the pool :) just watch out because the first two nights were much cheaper than the third and fourth. Also, hotel services and restaurant are a bit overpriced.

Lovely hotel, with a small pool and restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and rooms quaint. Local artwork in the bathroom was a nice decor. Friendly staff were wonderful. Location was good, only 10 minutes to pub street with lots of restaurants close by. Restaurant is a little pricey.

Getting woken up in the middle of the night surrounded by bed bugs is not a great experience. While the staff was nice and the location of the hotel fine, I can't rate anything other than 1 star.

Friendly, informative staff happy to arrange most requests for you from the hotel - tuk-tuk, bicycle hire - but at a slight premium compared to the rest of town but you pay for the convenience and service! Food also a tad pricey. However rooms are spot on for the price, pool is quaint and looked good to chill by. Location is a real selling point, out of the bustle of pub street etc. but still only a ten minute walk from all main attractions in the town. For the upper end of lower budget would stay again!
