Terrible service, we came over because of the nice view, we ordered some drinks and it taste likeerrrrrr, the snack we ordered was $ 3,50 wasn't expected it come from an instant pack. the peanuts were not well fried, there came a waiter and so we thought to give a complaint so you could fix it for a better service, and here is his response " this food is for western taste so is like that "
Me " we live in Europe so we do know how western food taste like "
Waiter " only you say that "
What ? Okay what kind of service is that ?
Is not the first time we're here at your place, and is really disappointed, never again here .

Good food and nice cocktails. Comes with a great view.
If you visit here be sure to ask to go to the rooftop and the food menu is at the back of the drinks menu.
Staff are efficient but not super friendly.
And prices are fair for the quality and atmosphere.

Very good place and view. If you pass by get in. Only issue is price a bit premium but not much. Expect around 3$/glass of draft beer volume around 1 can.

Great views. We went up to the sky bar for sunset. It was a lovely evening just before the water festival, so it was interesting to see lots of people getting ready for the festival below. Cocktails were good, too. 11,5 $ for two cocktails.

Good location with great view of the river and Phnom Penh. Their drinks are extremely sweet though. Don't order the cocktails. Get beer instead.

Great cocktails.. nicer view.. good mild music.. the liter cocktail wasn't so good but the others are great. Also, you might want to try the hoptails if you can.. a nice twist on the whole fishbowl concept. The tapas are on the small side but at tasty.

Nice place on the riverside. One of the first rooftop bar of Phnom Penh. A really nice view on the riverside, service is good, food and cocktail too. I recommend to go there at 5.30pm, for the sunset.

One of the best views from a rooftop bar in PNH. Higher and closer to the Mekongcoctails are not cheap, but it is a great place to start off the night or a date with a westen woman, or a westen mixed crowd. More of an upscale place, the entrance through the hotel filters out all backpackersmostly expats dressed well. Always, always enjoyed it hear. Also, high enough to get a nice breeze off the Mekong comfortable even in the hot seson.

The view you get over the city and the Mekong river is great. The prices are reasonable for a rooftop bar.
They have some very nice and fresh cocktails!

It's located right in the city town along riverside. I can order wine, cocktail, foods and soft drinks with reasonable price. Trendy for young generation with trending music. There are limited seat. However, the seat is not clean enough.

To me it's best. It's calm here and I was enjoying nice moon when I was here. Here you get full view of the river and at night the view is just stunning. Drinks here taste good. Staff are friendly and fast.

Come to this place for the view, as the place has a fantastic view of the river and Phnom Penh. Great place to have a drink and chill, though don't come here for dinner as meal selections are somewhat limited. The staff here are friendly and extremely helpful too, helping with our requests such as giving ice without any complaint.

A must visit if you're in Phnom Penh. Not recommended if you're on budget though.

Nice view of the riverfront like already mentioned. But, you have to know when to go otherwise you won't find seating to even enjoy the view. Keep in mind that, with the view comes a higher price for drinks. So, you have to weight the pros and cons. Is the view worth the cost?
